Below is a list of my regular ingredients and supplies:

The cakes:
  • I only use free range, British laid eggs, never eggs from caged hens!
  • They are suitable for vegitarians.
  • I don't use anything that contains GM / GMO ingredients.
  • Gluten free cakes are by request only
  • Stork margerine
  • Trex (vegetable shortening)
  • Bournville cocoa for chocolate sponges

Cadbury Bournville Cocoa is made from the same high quality cocoa beans that Cadbury use to make their chocolate bars 
Bournville Cocoa is Fairtrade certified, helping producers get a fair deal
Suitable for vegetarians
Ingredients:
Vegetable oils in varying proportions (70%)(rapeseed, palm, sunflower), water, salt (1.5%), BUTTERMILK, preservative ( potassium sorbate), emulsifier (mono- diglycerides of fatty acids), citric acid, flavourings, vitamin A and D, colour (carotenes).

For certain, extra special cakes, I use:


Trex is dairy free 
 No hydrogenated vegetable oil, e-numbers, colours or preservatives


The fondant / icing:
  • Renshaw's fondant
  • Renshaw's modelling paste

Made in the United Kingdom. 
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Kosher approved.
Allergy advice: Made in a factory that handles nuts

Colourings:
  • Sugarflair colour pastes
  • ProGel colour gels
All Sugarflair colourings are Nut Free, Gluten Free, GMO Free and Fat Free. 
Suitable for Vegetarians and Kosher approved by Kedassia.
