Supplies

Below is a list of my regular ingredients and supplies:

The cakes:
  • I only use free range, British laid eggs, never eggs from caged hens!
  • Stork margerine
  • Trex (vegetable shortening)
  • Bournville cocoa for chocolate sponges
The fondant / icing:
  • Renshaws fondant
  • Renshaws modelling paste

Colourings:
  • Sugarflair colour pastes
  • ProGel colour gels


I purchase a considerable variety of items from my local sugar craft and cake supplier
