Chocolate buttercream frosting

You will need:

  • 170g softened, unsalted butter or margerine
  • 350g icing sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • A little water or milk
Method:
  1. Beat butter a little to soften more
  2. Add icing sugar a little at a time
  3. Add cocoa
  4. If it's too stiff for covering your cake, add a little water or milk
  5. Cover your cake 
Flavour options:
Add a little flavouring to taste, for example
  • Vanilla
  • Mint
  • Orange
